My first painted Thunder Warrior from the XVIII legion, originally known as the Dragon Warriors, and would later become the Salamanders Chapter under Vulkan. This is part of my Age of Stryfe project to make models in the Unification Wars on old Terra. I've done some work on my next project, set in the Unification Wars during the Age of Stryfe. This is my first test for a Thunder Warrior of the 5th Legion, the Start Hunters. This figure is a bench test to see how all of the bits can be assembled and fitted and where I can add more conversions.  This is the minimum amount of converting that I'll do for each model with more armor to be added but I'm pretty pleased!
